Organic and Spicy Garlic Ranch Dressing

Our first and main proposal: The Organic and Spicy Garlic Ranch Dressing:

The recipe for this new dressing would contain the following for a final 600 ml organic product and WITHOUT CHEMICAL ADDITIVES OR PRESERVATIVES:

Three (03) chicken eggs

Six (06) garlic cloves

Three (03) tablespoons of lemon juice

One (01) large cup of olive oil (350 ml)

Two (02) tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley

One (01) tablespoon of coriander

One (01) tablespoon of chopped onion

One (01) chili type sweet pepper, jalapeño or similar (capsicum annum type is suggested)

½ tablespoon salt

¼ tablespoon ground black pepper
